Returns Policy

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your jigsaw puzzle, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note: we cannot refund the postage on any items returned to us unless we have sent you the wrong item. We  only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

We will also refund the cost of any item damaged in transit, providing this is returned to us within 7 days of receipt of order. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your return and refund efficiently:

  • fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason for the return. Your order number is printed on the delivery slip
  • if you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for return. Please include you name and address to help us identify the original order
  • in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip
  • wrap the jigsaw puzzle together with your completed delivery slip and any accessories securely (in its original packaging if possible)
  • send the package to the address below:

  • if possible, please advise us of despatch of your package by email to returns@jigsawgalore.co.uk
  • We will notify you by e-mail when we have received and processed your return. This may take up to 24 hours from receipt of your jigsaw puzzle.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Tip for sending your package back to us

Obviously, in order to keep costs down for our customers, we have already done alot of leg work on how to get your jigsaw puzzle to you

We suggest the following

  • take your package down to the Post Office (when it is not busy unless you like to queue)
  • ask to send your package by Standard Parcel Delivery
  • cost depending on weight starts at £3.32 for a 1kg parcel and gives the following protection
    • Proof of postage. Please retain in case you need to claim
    • Compensation cover for loss or damage up to £28 or market value of item, (whichever is lower)
